Silvercup Scaffolding — CRM + in-house system, web & mobile

The problem

Construction and scaffolding operations don’t run from behind a desk — crews, job sites, and customer relationships all move independently, and Silvercup was managing them with tools that didn’t talk to each other.

What we did

We built a combined CRM and in-house operations system spanning web and mobile, so office staff and field crews work from the same source of truth instead of reconciling spreadsheets at the end of the week. Mobile access was treated as core to the product, not an afterthought, since most of the system’s real users are on job sites, not in an office.

The result

Silvercup now runs customer relationships and internal operations through one connected system across web and mobile — visibility that used to require a phone call is now just open the app.
