Project Description
This project was a custom-built web-based CRM designed to streamline aid distribution operations while ensuring efficiency in warehouse management, inventory tracking, and logistics automation. The system supported everything from stock management and dispatching to pallets management and barcode-based tracking, making large-scale distribution seamless. A standout feature was the cloud-based remote printing system, enabling warehouses to generate labels, barcodes, and pallet tags directly from the web. Combined with role-based access control for employees and vendors, the platform ensured security and smooth collaboration across multiple departments. To enhance communication, the CRM integrated with Twilio for mass auto-calling, SMS, and even automated voice calls, capable of reaching thousands of users instantly. This automation played a critical role in keeping recipients, staff, and stakeholders informed during aid distribution cycles. Built with a scalable cloud architecture, the platform provided end-to-end solutions for inventory, warehouse operations, vendor management, and communication, making it a powerful all-in-one tool for large-scale aid organizations.
